Account details (name, email, phone), your WhatsApp business number metadata, and the contacts and message content you choose to store in the platform.

We also collect usage analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

2. How We Use It

Your data is used only to operate the service: delivering broadcasts, syncing chats, generating invoices and providing support.

We never sell your data or use your contact lists for our own marketing.

3. WhatsApp & Meta

Messages themselves are end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp. We store conversation history and templates on your behalf so your team can collaborate.

4. Storage & Security

Data is hosted in ISO-certified data centres in India. All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export or permanently delete your data at any time. Deleting your account removes all associated data within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies for sign-in sessions and preferences (like your dark-mode choice). No advertising trackers.
