Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RM Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.

2. The Service

RM Services provides a WhatsApp marketing, CRM and team-inbox platform built on the official Meta Business API. Features vary by plan and are described on our pricing page.

We may add, change or retire features over time; material changes are announced on the Updates page.

3. Acceptable Use

You must follow Meta’s Business Messaging Policy at all times: no spam, no purchased contact lists, and only message users who have opted in.

Accounts involved in abuse, fraud or policy violations may be suspended without refund.

4. Billing & Refunds

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in INR and exclusive of 18% GST. The 14-day trial requires no card and converts only when you choose a plan.

Annual plans can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of your contacts, messages and content. You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, RM Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from Meta-side outages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
